Our Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are not provided once access is granted. Upon successful payment, users receive immediate access to the Invyn platform and all premium features.
1. No-Refund Policy
All purchases on Invyn are for digital services and are considered final once payment is processed and platform access is activated. We are unable to offer refunds for partially used subscription periods or change-of-mind cancellations.
2. Support Window
Users can contact support within 7 days of purchase for any issues related to access, technical problems, or billing discrepancies. We are committed to resolving all genuine issues promptly.
3. Exceptions
A refund or credit may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- ●Duplicate payment was charged due to a technical error
- ●Access was not granted despite successful payment
- ●Service was unavailable for an extended period due to platform issues
All exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at Invyn's sole discretion.
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Access to premium features continues until the period expires.
5. Payment Processing
All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. In the event of a payment dispute, users should first contact Invyn support before raising a chargeback with their bank, as most issues can be resolved directly.
