1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Invyn's digital invitation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
2. Description of Service
Invyn provides a digital invitation platform that allows users to create, customize, and share event invitations online. Invitations are delivered digitally via links and QR codes. No physical products are produced or shipped.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- ✕Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- ✕Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
- ✕Upload or distribute offensive, hateful, or defamatory content
- ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- ✕Use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems
4. Account Suspension
Invyn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it detects misuse, policy violations, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that may harm other users or the platform. No refund will be issued in cases of suspension due to policy violations.
5. Pricing and Feature Changes
Invyn reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or plan structures at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Existing subscriptions will not be retroactively affected within the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and code on the Invyn platform are the intellectual property of Invyn. Users retain ownership of the invitation content they create but grant Invyn a non-exclusive license to host and display it as part of the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Invyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
